Social skills camp is an opportunity for children to share interests, work together and develop self-regulation strategies to handle in the moment conflicts. This two day camp meets on 1/3 and 1/4 from 9am-4pm. Cost $65.

About the Event
This social skills camp will give children the opportunity to interactively learn and use social skills throughout different contexts and environments while having fun, engaging in team building activities and solving problems within a group of children 8-10 years of age. Topics include (but are not limited to): introductions, initiating conversations, teamwork/knowing when to lead and follow, table manners, asking for a break, inviting friends/extending invitations, empathy, identifying/handling strong emotions, how to calm your body and problem solving.
