About the Event
Students will learn what each plant based ingredient is composed of including information about the nutrients, enzymes, vitamins, and proteins found in these plant based foods. This course will show that there are conscious, delightful, and healthy options that are sustainable to both the health of the planet, our bodies and the enjoyment of eating.
Students will meet at Highland Fellowship Church for this experience. Please arrive at the gate to the right of the chapel entrance so the educators can walk students back to the kitchen area.
