About the Event
A rich sequence of hands-on art making lessons help students to understand the shared art and science concepts of perception, perspective, optics, and light. We will be making camera obscuras -a historic optical invention that allows viewers to see the world upside down. This course strives to remind students that there are many ways to see and interpret the world. It also provides them with the historical context for the artistic processes of observing, drawing, and photography.
Join us for this exciting mini-course experience during our upcoming photography elective. Course meets Tuesday, 2/19- Friday, 2/22 from 9:00am-11:30am.
