Farm to Stand
The Farm to Stand course teaches students the process and skills behind growing and selling food. With an entrepreneurial focus, kids will grow, harvest, market, and sell their yield from the Verdi EcoSchool teaching farm to sell to the public at their very own farm stand. Proceeds will be re-invested (per the kids' advice) back into the farm.
