This course examines the amazing world of insects from Ants to Zoroptera! Students will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a variety of species as well as participate in hands-on activities to better understand the role insects play in our lives. Each Friday, students will concentrate on a different insect group through observation, using dichotomous keys, field collection, projects, and scientific inquiry.
