A pop-up restaurant is a temporary restaurant offering guests the chance to partake in a unique and limited dining experience and giving chefs an opportunity to try out new concepts and recipes.
Students at Verdi EcoSchool, under the guidance of Chef Cayli Arico, have been engaged in a year-long project-based immersion, exploring how best to introduce a new restaurant concept in our community which highlights:
