Orientation Day: Thursday, September 29 9:30am - 10:30am

This 15 week play and nature based program is designed for caregivers and their children, 2.5 - 5 years of age, to participate together in a child-centered, outdoor environment. Each caregiver will join their child in activities provided in a group setting to learn more about their child’s development. Each caregiver will observe and explore their child’s growth as well as their own in a unique setting which cultivates and encourages healthy social-emotional skill building and positive communication.

Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with caregivers with children close in age to their own, share stories and experiences while building community and deepening relationships.

Thematic activities will include exploration of garden and science discovery, nature immersion, art, songs and storytelling.

A guided book study and circle at each session will be facilitated for caregivers (books will be provided).

SESSION 1: Thursday, October 6 - Thursday, February 9, 2023

Meets every Thursday from 9:30am - 12pm

(No session on 11/24, 12/22, 12/29 and 1/5)
