Permaculture
Educator: Mikael Maynard
Permaculture is the development of agricultural ecosystems intended to be sustainable and self-sufficient.This course will cover core Permaculture Design principles that emphasize creating diverse, multi-functional human landscapes based on ecological patterns. Viewing the surroundings of the Verdi EcoSchools various gardens through the lens of a living classroom, the class will mix teacher-led workshops and students getting dirty in growing food!
