**This class meets two days each week (TH/FRI). In this class, we will learn about ways income can be gained through organic farming. Ages 11-14.

About the Event
The first five weeks, the following general topics will presented (with the last week for students develop independently a topic on their own): specialty crop farming (heirlooms, ancient grains, crickets); aquaponics (fish, greens, herbs); manure-preneurship (composting, soil conditioning, fertilizer sourcing); B2B (brokering, marketing, networking), and; apothecaries (indigenous, new-age, mainstream). For ages 11-14.
