In this course, students will investigate the natural world through hands-on, outdoor project work. Depending on student interest and experience, we will be investigating: tracks, scat, and the many clues animals leave behind; topography,  mapmaking and wayfinding; astronomy, tides and currents, basic first aid skills, helpful and hurtful plants and animals, shelter-building, phenology, sound mapping, nature journaling, and more.
